Term's & Condition's For All Carrier's, Owner Operators, Brokers, Freight Forwarders & Dispatcher's
The terms: “No Brokers, Dispatchers. Carriers, Shippers, Receivers shall
in no way! Be construed to suggest that My Super Deliveries is
responsible for incidents that occur, which upon acting in good faith, that
My Super Deliveries, performs his or her duties as outlined in this
contract and according to My Super Deliveries General Orders. Incidents
to be defined as: “Any incident/accident which occurs as a result of an
unforeseen circumstance, upon the reliance by a third party, not covered
by this agreement will not be the responsibility of My Super Deliveries
My Super Deliveries is Not responsible for the protection of the
carriers/driver’s property or any other lives Not contained in this
agreement.
My Super Deliveries Employees/Dispatchers will not perform any duties not
contracted for. Further that this agreement is solely for the mutual benefit of the
parties who enter into it. Nothing shall be construed to suggest that My Super
Deliveries, its employees, agents, or dispatchers are compelled, required, contracted,
or willing.
The agreed duties of My Super Deliveries, are as follows: Dispatching Between any
Parties such as Brokers, Carriers, Owner Operators, or Shippers. No parties
may contact or contract solely to gain its own contracting services without written
consent to My Super Deliveries as all parties must follow Instructions provided
through GetSwift Mobile for each load. If booking A Load, Once A Load has
been booked, You May Not Cancel Or Back Out for that load and all load
Bookings are final unless further discussion with My Super Deliveries have been
and has been approved.
For Dispatches & ALL Carriers: All Load info will be provided through a mobile app. No
Loads will be accepted outside the mobile app. All parties will be provided either an
online Dash Board or A Mobile App.
GetSwift & My Super Deliveries is not liable for any loads/jobs provided with in the mobile app platform as
GetSwift only provides the dispatching software on Behalf Of My Super
Deliveries And its Merchants such as Brokers, Dispatchers and Carriers.
GetSwiftwill provide any of its users with Mobile app or online dash board with
Tech support. For Job help you can chat with My Super Delivers or the
contracted parties.
Dates and times will be provided with in the GetSwift Software & Mobile App for
each load which will be considered a contract per load basis.
Load rates may be posted blank or with a 0 or a preferred rate from the
shipper. Please look in the GetSwift app under the instructions page as some
rates are firm or are open for negotiations. In these cases please first accept the
job, than contact My Super Deliveries with via text, Facebook messages or email
with your rates or any other questions.
